# Permissions

Review every app and folder this group has been granted access to. From [Group Overview](/organization/groups/group-overview/), open the **...** menu and click **Permissions**.

**Name** | **Description** 
:--- | ---
Name | The folder or app this permission applies to.
Role | The group's role for that item (View, Stager, Editor, or Admin).

!!! Note:
A new group starts with no assigned permissions. Grant access from **Group Overview** by clicking **Manage** under "Apps the group has access to", or from the app/folder's own Permissions panel.
