# Add Folder

Folders are built in a nested tree hierarchy and serve as containers of all Solodev resources, including files and folders to your website(s). From an open folder, click **+ Add** and select **Add Folder**.

**Name** | **Description**
:--- | ---
Name | Add the folder name. The name of the folder should be lowercase and separated with dashes.
Title | Add the folder title. This will be the Title displayed on your site. 
Description | Add the folder description. This description can be utilized on your website's frontend or for organizational purposes.
Confirm | After filling out all the required fields, please click the **Submit** button to save your changes.
