Name Description
Modify Update a contact’s details, including name, number, and address.
Reset Password Reset your password.
Delete Delete contact.

Manage notification preferences.

Name Description
Notify me via email Notify yourself via email.
Notify me via text message Notify yourself via text message.
Phone Number Enter the phone number.
Phone Carrier Choose the phone carrier.
Notes Enter the additional notes if needed.

# Confirm

Once you have completed all the fields, click Update to apply your changes.
