Contacts

Contacts are frontend/storefront customers, distinct from the Users who log into the CMS itself. Click a contact's name to view or manage their details, or use Search at the top to find one.

Add Contact	Add a new contact.
Contacts Overview	View and manage an existing contact.

From the Contacts list, click Add Contact.

From the Forms list, click Add Form. The fields shown depend on which Type you pick -- Contact Form happens to be what the dropdown shows first, but that's not a recommendation either way; see the note on Forms for guidance on picking one.

Contacts Overview

View and manage a specific contact. Click a contact's name from the Contacts list to open it.

A form collects information from website visitors -- a newsletter signup, a contact request, an event RSVP -- and stores each submission as an entry you can review later.

In your Organization, you can manage the individual users in your CMS, create groups and invite members, build custom contact lists, and configure AI Agents.
