Workflow

From Workflow, click Add Workflow. The fields shown depend on which Type you pick.

The Settings section contains a wide range of functionality regarding your Solodev environment. Connected Providers at the top surfaces core system connections (like your SMTP mail provider) at a glance -- click View all providers to see and manage every connection under Providers.

Tasks are always attached to a real object — a page, a file, or a module entry (a Datatable row, a Calendar entry) — rather than living in a separate project-management tool.

Open a task from My Tasks or from its object's task panel to post updates, change its status, and log hours.

Automatically email someone when a submission comes in -- optionally only when a specific field matches a value. From the form's overview page, open the ... menu and click WorkFlow.

Automatically notify or assign someone when something happens to this module's entries. From the module's overview page, open the ... menu and click WorkFlow.

Edit or delete an existing workflow rule. Click a rule's name from Workflow to open it.
