Form

Insert a form built with the Forms builder.

Step 1: While editing a page, find the vertical icon rail on the left edge of the page canvas. Form is the fifth icon from the top.

Step 2: Drag it onto an empty region of the canvas. This opens Select Form. Search for an existing form and select it to preview its fields before choosing it.

Name	Description
Search form	Filter the list by name.
Add Form	Create a new form on the spot if the one you need doesn't exist yet.
Results list	Forms that already exist for this website.
Preview pane	Selecting a form previews its fields before you commit.
Choose	Insert the selected form at the drop location.

Quick Add

If nothing in the list fits, click + Add Form to create one without leaving the page.

Name	Description
Name	The form's internal name.
Type	Choose Contact Form for the built-in contact-model fields (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, and so on), or a schema-driven module form.
Segments	Optionally tag the form's submissions into one or more segments (comma-separated); new names create segments automatically.
Form Template	Optionally upload your own form template instead of using the default fields.
Insert	Creates the form and returns you to Select Form with it selected.
