File Group

Insert a file group — a named set of related files grouped together, like a folder of PDFs, spreadsheets, or images, that you can drop into a page as one unit instead of linking each file individually.

A file group with three real files attached

A file group's own detail page (File Group Overview in the left nav under Engage) is where you build it out — Add Entry attaches one more file at a time, each becoming a row in the group.

Step 1: While editing a page, find the vertical icon rail on the left edge of the page canvas. File Group is the sixth icon from the top.

Step 2: Drag it onto an empty region of the canvas. This opens Select File Group. Search for an existing file group and select it to preview its details before choosing it.

Quick Add

If nothing in the list fits, click + Add File Group to create one without leaving the page. This is a lighter version of the full Add File Group form — it also lets you attach files to the group immediately, so it's ready to use as soon as you insert it.
